Keto Chili

A rich, meaty chili packed with flavor—no beans needed!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef broth.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Serve hot with shredded cheese or sour cream.
