Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef broth.
- Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Serve hot with shredded cheese or sour cream.
