Deliciously Juicy Greek Meatballs (Keftedes) You’ll Love

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp Greek seasoning (or salt and pepper)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
