Keto Biscuits and Gravy

Flaky, buttery keto biscuits topped with a rich and creamy sausage gravy—perfect for breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients

For the Biscuits:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup melted butter

For the Sausage Gravy:

  • ½ lb ground sausage
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Make the Biscuits: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs and melted butter, stirring until dough forms.
  2. Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet to form biscuits. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Prepare the Gravy: In a skillet, cook ground sausage until browned. Reduce heat and add heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve warm biscuits topped with sausage gravy.
