Keto Broccoli Cheese Soup

A warm and creamy soup packed with cheddar cheese and fresh broccoli—comfort in a bowl!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, simmer broccoli in chicken broth for about 10 minutes until soft.
  2. Blend the mixture for a smooth consistency, or leave it chunky for texture.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook on low heat until creamy and melted.
