Keto Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks

These cheesy, garlicky breadsticks are a perfect keto-friendly side dish or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt mozzarella in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir in almond flour, egg, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Form into a rectangle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then brush with melted butter.
  5. Slice into breadsticks and serve warm with a side of marinara or ranch dressing.
