These cheesy, garlicky breadsticks are a perfect keto-friendly side dish or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt mozzarella in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir in almond flour, egg, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Form into a rectangle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then brush with melted butter.
- Slice into breadsticks and serve warm with a side of marinara or ranch dressing.
