Keto Pizza Casserole

 

A crust less pizza layered with all your favorite toppings!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 cup low-carb marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce, oregano, and garlic powder.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish, layer with mozzarella, pepperoni, and mushrooms.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly. Serve warm.
